Is there a Minimum Order Value?

Custom or personalised orders, a minimum order value does apply. If you’re considering a custom order for your store and would like to discuss your ordering options, feel free to reach out to us, phone us on 0427 628 686 (unmanned)  – we’re happy to chat and help work out the best solution for your store.

How we deliver.

All orders are shipped via Australia Post, which provides a reliable and trackable service.

We don’t send orders out unless we have spoken to one of the staff in store and the name of the person we’ve spoken to will be written on the top right side of the invoice under the invoice number.

If there is a person we need to speak to regarding ordering, let us know so it is written into the business profile.

What are your Payment Terms?

For account customers, our standard payment terms are 15 days from the date of invoice. Each time you place an order, a new running activity statement will be issued with the invoice so you can keep track of purchases and payments. If you have any questions about your account, our team is here to assist.

What Payment Methods do you accept?

We currently accept Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) for all payments. EFT details are provided on every invoice. Please use your invoice number and your business name as a reference when making a payment to help us process it quickly and accurately.

How do I return a product and get a credit?

If there’s an issue with a product you’ve received, please contact us before returning the item. Give us a call or send a email and we’ll provide you with instructions on how to proceed. We’re committed to resolving any concerns fairly and efficiently.

We also have provided a form (below) that you will need to print and fill out. This form needs to be sent back along with your Returns to recieve a credit. Terms and conditions of sending back products is written on the form.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 to 48 hours of receiving them. During busy periods, such as holidays or seasonal peaks, there may be slight delays – so please allow a little extra time just in case. If your order is time-sensitive, feel free to contact us and we’ll do our best to prioritise it.
